Hello lovely,
As we begin another month during this unique time, it’s heartwarming to see all the wonderful acts of kindness taking place across our communities, our countries, and all over the world.
As with my 30 Days of Kindness Calendar, this month’s Kindness Calendar is a little different to my usual monthly calendars: most of the kindness act suggestions can be carried out whilst we are social distancing, and from the comfort of our own homes.
These suggestions aren’t intended to put your lovely self, or others at unnecessary risk. If you come across any which you feel this is the case, then please do skip it, or substitute with your own kindness act. As things are changing day-by-day, it’s important to keep up-to-date with and follow your Government/World Health Organisation‘s guidelines and stay safe at all times.
So, I’d like to invite lovely you and yours to join me in spreading a little kindness this month, but only if you are able.

And please let’s remember to be kinder to ourselves, and show ourselves lots of love as well, we are definitely worth it!
Thank you so much for spreading a little more kindness.
Take care of your lovely self.
Love+hugs, Helen 💚
p.s. I’d really love to hear about your kindness experiences in the comments below…

Thank you, Helen. I am looking forward to World Laughter Day. We need it!
We are definitely facing challenges, but my family is well and we know we have it better than most right now. I hope this finds you and your family well. Stay safe, be healthy!
Hello Korby, I wholeheartedly agree – I may make every day this month Laughter Day 🙂
I’m glad to hear you’re doing ok, it’s a very surreal time isn’t it. Stay safe and look after yourselves. Sending hugs ♡
