Kindness Calendar February 2021

Hello lovely,

I hope you had a really lovely January, and are keeping safe and well, under the continuing challenging circumstances.

This month’s kindness act suggestions continue to be lockdown-friendly, and aren’t intended to put your lovely self, or others at unnecessary risk. If you come across any which you feel this is the case, then please do skip it, or substitute with your own kindness act.

We have a fantastic opportunity to spread a little extra kindness this month: Random Acts of Kindness Week runs from the 14th-20th, and on Wednesday 17th February, we celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day. Help spread the word by telling your friends, family, and colleagues, and share on social media, and together we can create an even more powerful ripple of kindness.

  1. Thank you, Helen. I hope you are staying safe. My husband and I, and my 97-year-old father and his two caregivers have all gotten the first dose of the vaccine. Positive changes are coming to the U.S. We’re feeling optimistic! I look forward to Random Acts of Kindness!
