Kindness Calendar September 2022

Hello lovely,

I hope you’re well, and have had an amazing August.

As we move into September, I’d like to invite lovely you and your loved ones to join us in spreading a little kindness this month.

Most of the kindness act suggestions are intended to be quick, easy and free (or low cost!), so anyone and everyone can join in.

Let’s invite friends, family, colleagues, classmates, and our community to join us and help make a difference.

You may like to mix it up, swap them around, adapt the acts to suit you better, or even create your own Kindness Acts (if you do, I’d love to hear about them).

They’re not intended to put your lovely self, or others at unnecessary risk. If you come across any which you feel this is the case, then please do skip it, or substitute with your own kindness act.

Imagine how amazing it would be if every one of us manages to do just one kindness act a month, and the kindness ripple effect it could create.

Let’s spread the word on social media, and together we can create a kinder world. You can also share your kindness experiences on our Kindness Community Facebook Page: Spreading A Little Kindness.

Thank you so much for spreading a little kindness. Let’s remember to be kinder to ourselves as well, we are definitely worth it!

Wishing you a Sensational September.

Take care of your lovely self,
Love+hugs, Helen ♡

p.s. I’d really love to hear about your kindness experiences in the comments below…

  1. I wish you would post the day and have it appear in my timeline everyday for the kindness for that day; instead of downloading the calendar.

    1. I’m delighted to grant your wish for December – if you follow Spreading a Little Kindness on Facebook, I’m posting daily kindness acts throughout December. Take care 🙂
