I hope you’re well, and have enjoyed a fabulous February
As we welcome March, I’d like to invite lovely you and your loved ones to join us in spreading a little kindness this month.
How amazing would it be if every one of us could do one extra kindness act this month… just imagine the kindness ripple effect it could create.
As always, the kindness act suggestions are intended to be quick, easy and free (or low cost!), so anyone and everyone can join in.
Let’s invite friends, family, colleagues, classmates, and our community to join us.
You may like to mix it up, swap them around, adapt the acts to suit you better, or even create your own Kindness Acts (if you do, I’d love to hear about them).
They’re not intended to put your lovely self, or others at unnecessary risk. If you come across any which you feel this is the case, then please do skip it, or substitute with your own kindness act.
So, without further ado, I’d like to invite lovely you and yours to join me in spreading a little kindness this month.

“Every act of kindness is like a pebble thrown in a pond sending out ripples far beyond where the pebble entered the water. When we’re caring and kind to our neighbours, our actions send rings of kindness that spread from neighbour to neighbour to neighbour.” ~ Angela Artemis
I hope you’re well, and have enjoyed a joy-filled January.

As we welcome February – the month of love – we have a fantastic opportunity to spread a little extra kindness this month.
Random Acts of Kindness Week runs from the 14th-20th, with Random Acts of Kindness Day on Friday 17th February.
How amazing would it be if every one of us could do one kindness act on this day… just imagine the kindness ripple effect it could create.

THANK YOU for spreading a little kindness this year, every single act of kindness makes a difference, and together we are making the world a kinder place.
THANK YOU for your continued support, it means so very much.
Wishing you a wonderful new year ahead filled with love, laughter and oodles of kindness.
Love and hugs, Helen ♡
KINDLY NOTE: I’m now on my annual digital detox, to have some time away from screens and to focus on self-care.
I really hope you are keeping safe and well, and have had a nourishing November.
What another year it has been! I know how difficult it is for so many of us, in so many different ways. I hope you’re being kind and gentle with your lovely self.
As we step into the festive season, I’d like to gently invite us all to make kindness a big part of it – showing kindness to those around us, to those in our communities, and remembering to be kinder to ourselves too!
What is a Kindness Advent Calendar?
If this is your first Kindness Advent Calendar, I’d like to wish you a very warm welcome and thank you for joining us.
This works just like a normal advent calendar, but instead of the usual chocolate countdown (which, of course, we can still enjoy alongside this one 😊), we are embracing the true spirit of Christmas by doing 25 random acts of festive kindness.
Every single act of kindness counts, and I’ve made the kindness act suggestions quick, easy and mostly free, so anyone and everyone can join in.
The kindness act suggestions aren’t intended to put your lovely self, or others at unnecessary risk. If you come across any which you feel this is the case, then please do skip it, or substitute with your own kindness act.
Please do share these calendars to spread even more kindness as together we can make the world a kinder place.
Let’s get as many people as we can involved and share this with family, friends, neighbours, work colleagues, classmates… and don’t forget to share all over social media 🙂
So, without further ado, I’d like to invite lovely you and yours to join me in spreading a little kindness this month.

Kindness Advent Calendar for KIDS 2022
I continue to receive so much positive feedback from parents and teachers about the Kindness Advent Calendar for Kids, I thought I’d create another one this year.
It’s such a fun and easy way to get children involved in spreading a little kindness in the lead up to Christmas, and a lovely way of showing them what a positive impact they can have on the world.

Non-Advent Calendars
Over the years, I’ve been asked to create a generic, non-advent Kindness Calendar for December, and include this year’s here:
